Hey angels!
Hope you guys have had a good week so far and a good previous weekend! Mine on the other hand went from always hearing about peoples UTIs stories and telling myself I'm glad I'm not them nor experiencing that only for my body to decide it was time to pop my UTI cherry out of the blue๐คฉ‼️but the thing is I wasn't entirely experiencing "normal" symptoms of a typical UTI?? So the entire time genuinely felt like I was on my period but I was like waitttt I just ended a week before all of this? But the pain guys UNBEARABLE my pelvis felt so heavy and a pressure that I couldn't explain that I was literally crying at 3 am and the minimal blood? As someone with a kidney transplant yeah this was definitely not normal SOOOO you know what that called for side quest to the hospital ๐คฉ‼️. Ugh how much I loathe being in the hospital I would've hoped I wouldn't see the inside of one for a longerrrrrrr while because hello who wants to spend more time in there after continuously being in and out of there since they were 14? At this point I should get a punch card maybe my free item should be that vanilla pudding they give me (not the greatest but the closest thing I'll have to a sweet treat in there๐ต๐ซ).
After spending a few days in there it was definitely lonely even despite having my mom with me, I'm not sure how to explain it but each time I just get this overwhelming sense of loneliness and guilt? Being the medically ill child growing up I always feel guilty for scaring my mom. It's like how can I ever make up for that you know?
Eventually got discharged and got started on some at home treatment that made me so sleepy that I was hardly ever awake so that wasn't any fun at all. It was labor day weekend this past weekend..lol.. Though still not feeling great I did have brunch with one friend who I've known the 6th grade, we went to black bear diner it was my second time there! We both ordered dessert first. I got the banana creme pie which was honestly okay a solid 6/10. It tasted more like laffy taffy and the crust was very crumbly which yes I know it's supposed to be like that but it was just too crumbly ? Entree chosen was a chicken avocado club sandwich with don't judge me... mash potatoes SUE ME but I had such a big crazy for mash potatoes the entire time being in the hospital and it was soo yummy. It was nice but it was gloomy due to it have been raining BUT I do love me some rainy days which totally would've been perfect for a reading day but UGH medicine take over and I so knocked out as soon as I got back home. The next day I hung out with my college friend! We first went to Michaels and bought some modeling clay along with a paint by number for a crafty arts hangout:)) The headed out to buena park and chilled at the source. We had lunch at Pelicana which 10/10 always a hit๐คค. Walked around a bit and did some window shopping definitely regretting not buying an album but once we found a comfy spot we did that clay trend from tiktok where you choose something and both of you attempt to recreate it? So much fun.. stressful but fun! Ended the night with some yogurtland a MUST ALWAYSSS. We didn't get around to painting but it was such a relaxing time especially after the week I had. But yeahh that's my minor update guys! Stay hydrated!
